403. Power of revision.
- The Government, may at any time, for the purposes of satisfying itself as to the correctness, legality, propriety or regularity of any proceeding or order passed by any officer of the Government or the Commissioner or any officer subordinate to him, call for the examine the record and may pass such order with reference thereto as it may think fit.
