Section 35 in The Maharashtra Tax on Luxuries Act, 1987
35. Bar to certain proceeding.
- Save as is provided elsewhere in this Act, no assessment made and no order passed under this Act or the rules made thereunder by the Commissioner or any officer or person subordinate to him shall be called in question in any Court, and save as is provided by section 36 no appeal shall lie against any such assessment or order.
