Section 7(3) in Bihar State Board of Homeopathic Medicine (Electoral Rolls and the Conduct of Elections and Election Petition) Rules, 1955
(3)If a candidate by whom or on whose behalf the amount referred to in sub-rule (1) has been paid is not elected and the number of votes polled by him does not exceed ⅛ of the total number of votes polled in the constituency from which he seeks election, the amount shall be forfeited to the Board.
