(3)Manner of selection of officers and employees of the Appellate Tribunal:(a)The Government shall constitute a Selection Committee with the following composition to make selections for officers and employees of the Appellate Tribunal;(b)The Selection Committee shall consist of the Chair Person of the Appellate Tribunal, Principal Secretary to the Government, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department and Principal Secretary to the Government, Finance department;(c)The Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal shall be Chairman of the Selection Committee.(d)The Selection Committee may devise its own procedure for selection of the officers and employees of the Appellate Tribunal.(e)The Selection Committee shall follow the procedures prescribed for the Departmental Promotion Committees in the Government in making promotions for the officers and employees of the Appellate Tribunal.
