Section 5(5) in The M.P. State Veterinary Council Rules, 1993
(5)The minutes of every meeting other than a special meeting called under sub-rule (3) shall be despatched by the Registrar by hand or by registered post to every member of the State Council not later than 30 days after the said meeting.
