1. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to move before the Authority for issuance of permanent enrollment number.
2. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner No.6 Pooja Chandrakar in WPC No.2952//2018 and petitioner No.8 Megha Shyam in WPC No.2956/2018, who are the students of Central India Nursing College, Rajnandgaon and Government Nursing College, Durg, respectively, have been issued the permanent enrollment number, yet their results have not been declared.
94. Since it has been informed that the results of similarly placed candidates have already been declared, let the concerned respondent consider the issue of declaration of result of petitioner No.6 Pooja Chandrakar and petitioner No.8 Megha Shyam within a period of one week from today. If their case is not similar to the other candidates and there is any legal impediment for declaration of their result, the concerned respondent shall inform the said petitioners with reasons as to why their results are not to be declared. In the event of an adverse order against the said petitioners, they would be at liberty to move again before this Court.
