Section 1 in Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Distribution Tariff) Regulations, 2004
1. Short title and Commencement.
- 1.1 These regulations may be called the JSERC (Terms and Conditions for Distribution Tariff) Regulations, 2004.1.2These regulations extend to the entire State of Jharkhand.1.3These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.1.4Words and expressions used in these regulations and not defined herein but defined in the Act, shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Act.
