Section 183(2) in The M.P. Land Revenue Code, 1959
(2)Any right of a Kotwar in the service land shall not he transferred nor be transferable by way of sale, gift, mortgage, sub-lease or otherwise except by a sub-lease for a period not exceeding one year.
