Section 45(1)(i) in The Maharashtra Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002

(i)A committee shall he formed among children to decide their daily menu within the admissible of scales or rates. The committee shall co-ordinate with the kitchen staff in the preparation of menu, however, the staff in the institution shall be responsible for the cooking.
