Section 28(ii) in Haryana Municipal Drainage and Sanitation Bye-laws, 1977
(ii)in a urinal constructed or adapted to be used for receiving any urine or liquid filth for conveyance to any sewer, an efficient syphon capable for maintaining the urinal and any drain or waste pipe in connection therewith shall be provided ;
