Powers of Forests Officers to be Public Prosecutors under section 492 of the Criminal Procedure Code, Act V of 1898. - [All Forest Officers of and above the rank of Forester are appointed to be public prosecutors within the limits of the Forest Division in which they are serving in respect of cases in which the Forest Department is the complainant.]
