Section 51 in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
51.
In case of the death of the Registrar or his incapacity from his illness or on leave when the Council is not in session the Executive Committee shall appoint a person to perform temporarily the duties of Registrar. The Executive Committee shall grant leave to the Registrar in accordance with the principles laid down in the Civil Service Regulations of the State.
