Section 21K(2) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
(2)The society shall give to its members under certificate of posting the notice of the Special General Meeting :Provided that in case of the society where the [Primary meetings] [Substituted by G.S.R. 1 dated 1.2.1997.] has taken place, notice of the meeting shall also be given to the delegates elected in the [Primary meetings] [Substituted by G.S.R. 1 dated 1.2.1997.].
