Section 12(1) in Waste Lands (Requisitioning and Utilisation) Act, 1952
(1)Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, any order, decision or determination made, any notification or notice published or served, any action taken or anything done in exercise of any power conferred by or under this Act shall not be called in question in any court.
