The applicants have filed this O.A. for challenging
2. the tender dated 9.3.2018 for supply of 89 manpower. It is stated that the applicants are working as Casual Workers/Daily Wager in the Archaeological Survey of India and the respondents are substituting them from the other persons for which they have floated tenders. The applicants have not yet preferred any representation to the concerned authorities for their grievance.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that they may be permitted to prefer the representation to the Cconcerned authorities for redressal of their grievance.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if such direction is given.
4. Accordingly, O.A. is disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to the applicants to prefer a representation raising their grievance to the respondents within 2 weeks and the respondents/competent authorities are directed to dispose of their representation in accordance with law within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of their representation along with certified copy of the order. No costs.
