Section 60(2) in The Orissa Grama Panchayats Act, 1964
(2)When a licence is granted under Sub-section (1) c fee not exceeding fifteen per cent of the gross income of the owner from the market in the preceding year shall be charged by the Grama Panchayat for such licence.
