Section 99(2)(xiv) in The Kerala Prisons and Correctional Services (Management) Act, 2010

(xiv)the requirement of clothing and other necessities which under trial prisoners and detenues shall be permitted to bring along with them or obtain from private sources under sub-section (1) of section 34 and clothing and other necessities to be supplied to under trial prisoners and detenues under sub-sections (3) and (4) of the said section;
