Section 3(1) in Himachal Pradesh City Transport and Bus Stands Management and Development Authority Act, 1999
(1)With effect from the commencement of this Act, the Government shall constitute an Authority to be called the Himachal Pradesh [City Transport and] [Inserted vide H.P. Act No. 12 of 2014.] Bus Stands Management and Development Authority.
