84. Obstruction of services provided by the Board.
-No person shall obstruct, prevent, divert or stop the supply of water to, or the drainage or sewerage of any premises or any portion thereof to which such service has been provided by the Board whether on grounds of any dispute regarding ownership or occupancy of such premises or for any other reason.
