ORDER
The application is listed for appointment of an auditor as required under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956.
2. M/s Guru & Jana, #41, Patalamma Temple Street, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru - 560 004, whose name finds in the list furnished to the Court by the Official Liquidator is appointed as the auditor to audit the accounts of the Official Liquidator as prayed in the application. The auditor is required to furnish the report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
3. Insofar as the remuneration payable, the official liquidator, after consideration of the nature of work involved would place a proposal keeping in mind the settled guidelines towards payment of professional fee to the Chartered Accountant. On such proposal for fee being placed after the report is submitted, the Court would proceed to pass appropriate orders.
Accordingly, C.A.387/2023 is disposed of.
