Section 8(2) in The Jaggery Grading and Marking Rules, 2008
(2)The authorized packer either set up his own laboratory or have access to State Grading Laboratories or Private Commercial Laboratories manned by a qualified chemist approved by the Agricultural Marketing Adviser or an officer authorized by him in this behalf in accordance with rule 9 of the General Grading and Marking Rules, 1988 for testing the quality of Jaggery.
