Section 33 in Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Council Act, 2012
33. Recognition of qualifications
(1) For the purpose of the Act, the qualifications included in Schedule of the Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947 (Central Act No. 48 of 1947), as amended from time to time, shall be recognized qualifications for the purposes of the Act.
