(2)The Registrar shall exercise the following powers and perform following duties, namely:-(i)he shall be responsible for the custody of records, common seal, the funds of the University and such other property of the University; -(ii)he shall place before the Governing Council and other authorities of the University, all such information as may be necessary for transaction of their business;(iii)such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the regulations.
