6. Power to require apparent vagrant to appear before Special Magistrate.
- Any police officer authorised in this behalf by the Commissioner of Police in Calcutta and by the District Magistrate elsewhere may require person who is apparently a vagrant to accompany him or any other police officer to, and to appear before, a Special Magistrate.
