Section 33(2)(a) in Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012

(a)the procuring entity shall invite bids to the electronic reverse auction by causing an invitation to be published in accordance with sub-section (5) of section 29 or issued in accordance with subsection (2) of section 30, as the case may be;
