- Subject to the provisions of these rules, the standards for cosmetics shall be such as may be prescribed in Schedule S.][Part XV(A)] [Inserted by G.S.R. 1172, dated 23.8.1977 (w.e.f. 10.9.1977).] Approval Of Institutions For Carrying Out Tests On Drugs, Cosmetics And Raw Materials Used In Their Manufacture On Behalf Of Licensees For Manufacture For Sale Of Drugs/cosmetics
