This interlocutory application has been filed for condoning the delay of about 31 days in preferring the present appeal.
For the reasons mentioned in this interlocutory application, we are satisfied that the appellant was prevented from sufficient cause from preferring this appeal within time.
As a result, this interlocutory application is allowed and the delay in filing this appeal is hereby condoned.
Since both the parties have been heard call for the lower court records of Matrimonial Case No.26 of 2006 from Patna High Court MA No.147 of 2017(3) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhabua, District, Kaimur.
