Section 22(2) in The Rajasthan Tendu Leaves (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1974
(2)Nothing contained in any other law, rule, order or in any other thing having a force of law in any part of the State shall apply, to tendu leaves in respect of matters for which provisions are contained in this Act.
