Section 121 in Meghalaya Municipal Act, 1973

121. On payment of fee, Board to give a license.

- On receiving the amount of the fees due as aforesaid, the Board, or some persons authorized by them in that behalf, shall give to the person paying the same a license and a token of registration number for the several carriages and animals for the period in respect of which the amount is received.Such license shall be for the current half-year.
