Section 4(1) in The Maharashtra Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968
(1)Every application for renewal of a licence under section 4 shall be made in Form I. The application shall be accompanied by the following documents, namely:-(a)the licence sought to be renewed;(b)the treasury showing that the appropriate fee for the renewal of the licence prescribed by rule 10 has been paid.
