                            UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                               O R D E R

There is an inordinate delay of 955 days in filing the special leave petition against the order dated 16.10.2012 and 323 days in filing the special leave petition against the order dated 10.7.2014, for which no reasonable explanation has been given. Even otherwise there is no merit in these special leave petitions. The same are, accordingly, dismissed both on the ground of delay and merit.
