(3)Rights of evacuee mortgages or mortgagors of the land owned by or in favour of non-evacuees shall continue to be recorded in the owner's or cultivators' column, as the case may be, in the name of the Custodian, till such rights are separated under the provisions of the Evacuee Interest (Separarion) Act, 1951 After the rights have been separated by the Competent Officer between the Custodian of Evacuee Property and the non-evacuee right holders, the Custodian's separated share shall be recorded in the name of the Central Government as laid down in sub-rule (2).
