2 19-04-2012The District Magistrate, Katihar will give a detailed reply as to whether the allotment of funds was specifically for the purposes of building the aanganbari centres. The statement made by the District Magistrate should be supported with relevant documents to show that the release of funds was made for the purposes aforesaid.
List this case after four weeks.
In the mean time, no coercive action should be taken against the petitioners.
