Section 69(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1997
(1)The Board shall, with the previous approval of the Government create and appoint such other officers and staff as it considers necessary for the efficient discharge of its duties and functions under this Act.
