(2)At the time of registration for a course in the Vishwavidyalaya, an enrolled student shall pay a course fee which shall be such as may be prescribed by Regulations. Save as provided in clause (4) admission to a Course shall not be permitted until the fees is paid and such fee shall not be refunded except in accordance with Regulations made by the Administrative Council.
