Section 7(1) in Mizo Marriage, Divorce and Inheritance of Property Act, 2014
(1)The marriage may be solemnized by the Licenced Officer who will include any ordained Minister/Reverend/Pastor/Authorised Elder (Upa)/Commissioned Officer/Priest (Tirhkoh)/ Ordained Priest of Religion according to the rules, rites, ceremonies and custom of the Religion of which he is holding such office.
