58. Officer of the P.W.D. may enter the jail during business hours.
- The Superintending Engineer of the Circle, the Executive and Assistant Engineers of the District and their employee, shall, during business hours, have free access to the jail to such extent as may be necessary for purposes connected with the discharge of the official duties of their Department, but not otherwise.
