On the prayer of the learned advocate for the appellants, leave granted for effecting minor corrections in the cause title.
Having heard the learned advocates for the parties and upon perusing the applications for condonation of delay, it appears that sufficient cause has been shown to explain the delay in filing the instant appeals and as such, the delay is condoned. The applications for condonation of delay, being G. A. 1301 of 2017, G. A. 1302 of 2017 and G. A. 1303 of 2017, are accordingly allowed.
