Section 13(4) in Himachal Pradesh Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1969
(4)It shall be the duty of the employer to notify to the prescribed authority in the prescribed form any change in respect of any information contained m his statement under this section within seven days after the change has taken place and the prescribed authority shall on receiving such notice and on being satisfied about its correctness make the change in the register of establishments in accordance with such notice and shall amend the registration certificate, if necessary.
