The appellant has sought the following information:
1. Provide copies of the calculation sheets for payment of retirement benefits of the appellant, given to the LAO Pangode for pre-audit vide Sainik School letter No. 2018/SST/Accts/2019 dated 14 March 2019.
2. Provide the copy of the observations made by the Local Audit Officer on his calculation sheets for payment of retirement benefits.
3. Provide a copy of the reply given by the school to the LAO Pangode on the observations made with regard to his retirement benefits.
4. And others related information.1
Grounds for Second Appeal The CPIO did not provide the desired information.

The Commission is in receipt of a letter from the appellant dated 03.11.2021 wherein he has stated that since he has received the information sought by him, the case may be closed.
