Section 1 in The U.P. Epidemic Diseases Regulations, 1983
1. Short title and commencement.
- (i) These Regulations may be called the Uttar Pradesh Epidemic Diseases Regulations, 1983.(ii)They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
