(7)The provisions of sub-sections (5), (7), (9), (10) and (12) of section 111 shall, so far as may be, apply to the proceedings before the [Tribunal] [ Substituted by Act 11 of 2003, Section 16, for " Company Law Board" .] under this section as they apply to the proceedings under that section.]
