Section 52(1) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)For the purpose of ascertaining the standards of teaching, examinations and research or any other matter relating to the Cluster University, the Government may cause an assessment to be made, in such manner, as may be prescribed.
