The factories under the control of the Central Government, situated in the State of Uttar Pradesh, which are governed by the Labour Officers Central (Pool), Recruitment and Conditions of Service Rules, 1951 are exempted under Section 50(a) of the Factories Act, 1948, from compliance with the provisions of Section 49 of the Act and these Rules.
