Section 9(5) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013
(5)When a person is qualified to be a member of the Council by virtue of his representing a particular institution or interest, he shall cease to be a member of the Council when he ceases to represent such institution or interest.
