% 23.02.2021 The present matter has been taken-up for hearing by way of Video Conferencing on account of COVID-19. I.A. 2792/2021 (Exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of. O.M.P. (COMM) 73/2021, I.A. 2791/2021 & I.A. 2793/2021 This is a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") challenging the award dated 25.12.2019 and additional award dated 11.03.2020.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the learned Arbitrator had ignored clause No. 18 & 19 of the contract and no attention has been given to these two clauses although the same was pleaded before him.

Let reply be filed within four weeks from today with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who may file rejoinder thereto, if any, within four weeks thereafter.

List this matter for hearing on 04.05.2021. In the meantime, Registry is directed to call for the entire record from the learned Arbitrator.
