27. Other funds.
- The University shall have such other funds and maintain such accounts as the Executive Council may determine on the recommendation of the Finance Committee, provided that the University shall not divert and invest any portion of any grant given to it by the State Government in any form or divert it to any fund other than the general fund without the prior approval of the State Government.
