Section 1 in The Orissa Declaration of Stocks and Prices of Essential Commodities Order, 1973
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This order may be called the Orissa Declaration of Stocks and Prices of Essential Commodities Order, 1973.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)It shall come into force at once.
