Section 31(1) in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021
(1)The privilege of affiliation granted under section 28, may be withdrawn or modified if the College fails to carry out any of the provisions of this Act or the Statutes made thereunder or fails to observe any of the conditions of its affiliation or the college is conducted in a manner which is prejudicial to the interests of education.
