Section 12B(ii) in The Punjab New Capital (Periphery) Control Act, 1952
(ii)to assist the [Director] [Substituted by Haryana Act No. 15 of 2001.] any other officer authorised in writing by him, in this behalf, in the lawful exercise of any power vested in the [Director] [Substituted by Haryana Act No. 15 of 2001.] or any other officer authorised in writing by him, in this behalf, under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder.
